Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, FIMYS 426 GIRARD LLC (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 426-28 W. Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123 A total of ten (10) tables and twenty-five (25) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the curb line and property line of the south sidewalk of West Girard Avenue and the east sidewalk of North Lawrence Street along the property line of 426-28 West Girard Avenue written in three parts: Part 1 Three (3) tables and nine (9) seats will be located adjacent to the curb line of 426-28 West Girard Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet six inches (4’-6”) towards the south along the south footway of West Girard Avenue starting from a point approximately seventeen feet four inches (17’-4”) east of the North Lawrence Street east curbline to a point approximately twenty feet nine inches (20’-9”) farther east leaving a minimum eight feet (8’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
