Amending Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Service and Other Businesses," by adding a new section regulating the hours of operation of certain establishments and providing for penalties within the vicinity of an area bounded by North Broad Street and North Park Avenue, between West Chew Avenue and West Tabor Avenue, and in the vicinity of Wagner Avenue, between North Broad Street and Old York Road, all under certain terms and conditions.
