Amending Section 14-529 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “/VDO, Fifth District Overlay District” by removing the exemption from the landscaping standards in the Zoning Code, all under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: * * * TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * § 14-529. /VDO, Fifth District Overlay District * * * (5) Reserved. [Landscaping. The changes to the Code set forth in Bill No. 220414 (approved September 13, 2022) shall not apply to lots located within the /VDO, Fifth District Overlay, which lots shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the Zoning Code as they appeared at the time prior to adoption of that ordinance.] SECTION 2.
