To adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2025-2030 inclusive. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2025 to 2030, inclusive, totaling sixteen billion, two hundred and seven million, eight hundred seventeen thousand dollars ($16,207,817,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
