THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established. Two Hour Parking 6:00AM - 1:00 AM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 2 Irving street, north side, S. 59th street to S. 60th street. Section 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established.
