THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, AKR PROPERTIES, LLC. (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain a Sidewalk Café (“Encroachment”) at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 2201 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 D/B/A The Sidecar Bar and Grille. A total of seven (7) tables and twenty (20) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the west sidewalk of South 22 nd Street along the curbline and the property line of 2201 Christian Street and the north sidewalk of Christian Street along the property line of 2201 Christian Street written in three parts: Part 1 Three (3) tables and six (6) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 2201 Christian Street and will encroach a distance of approximately two feet two inches (2’-2”) towards the east, along the west footway of South 22 nd Street starting from a point approximately twenty-eight feet four inches (28’-4”) north of the Christian Street north curbline to a point approximately twenty-four feet two inches (24’-2”) farther north leaving a minimum seven feet (7’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
