Authorizing PHILIPPIAN BAPTIST CHURCH or a subsequent owner to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 5801 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19141, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to PHILIPPIAN BAPTIST CHURCH or a subsequent owner (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 5801 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19141 (“Encroachment”) as follows: Property: 5801 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19141 (the “Property”) Encroachment Description: A pre-fabricated modular building access ramp will be located adjacent to the building line of 5801 North Broad Street and will encroach a distance of approximately thirteen feet six inches (13’-6”) towards the west along the east footway of North Broad Street starting from a point approximately fifty-seven feet ten inches (57’-10”) north of the West Grange Avenue north curbline to a point approximately forty feet (40’-0”) farther north leaving a minimum eleven feet six inches (11’-6”) of clear unobstructed footway. SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission, provided that the Department of Streets, in its sole, unreviewable discretion, may allow minor variations …
