Permission is hereby granted to 3419 KENSINGTON PARTNERS or a subsequent owner (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134 (“Encroachment”) as follows: Property: 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134 (the “Property”) Encroachment Description: Two (2) proposed building access ramps adjacent to the building line of 3423 Kensington Avenue written in two parts: Part 1: A building access ramp total will be located adjacent to the building line of 3423 Kensington Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet ten inches (4’-10”) towards the south along the north footway of East Russell Street starting from a point approximately eight-five feet (85’-0”) east of the Kensington Avenue east curbline to a point approximately forty-seven feet (47’-0”) farther east leaving a minimum five feet (5-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
