THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP# 3 Green street, north side, N. 40th street to Preston street One Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Saturday Except RPP #3 N. 41st street, both sides, Spring Garden street to Brandywine street Two Hour Parking 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP #3 N. 41st street, both sides, Powelton avenue to Baring street Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP #3 N. 32nd street, both sides, Haverford avenue to Mantua avenue Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP #3 Brandywine street, south side, N. 36th street to N. 37th street
