Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2806, 2903, 2907, 2913, 2917, 2919, 2925, 2937, and 2939 Cecil B Moore Avenue, located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
