Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," to authorize a bicycle lane on Port Royal Avenue from Ridge Avenue to Henry Avenue, and removal of a parking lane within the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions.
