To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Main Street, Ridge Avenue, the Wissahickon Creek, Kelly Drive, Falls Road, the Schuylkill River, and Dawson Street extended.
