Adopting the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2025. WHEREAS, The Mayor on March 14, 2024, submitted to Council her operating budget message and her estimate of revenues available for appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 pursuant to Section 4-101 of the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter; therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following financial program is hereby adopted for the Fiscal Year 2025 and appropriations are hereby made from the various operating funds to the various offices, departments, boards and commissions as indicated in the following sections: SECTION 2.
