Honoring and congratulating State Representative-Elect Keith Harris on the occasion of his special election victory in Pennsylvania House District 195. WHEREAS, Keith Harris is a community leader and the Democratic Ward Leader for the 28th Ward, where he has represented the interests of Strawberry Mansion at the Democratic City Committee; and WHEREAS, On September 17, 2024, Harris garnered the required votes to earn him a victory in the special election for House District 195, which includes sections of North Central, Strawberry Mansion, Brewerytown, Sharswood, Spring Garden, Fairmount, the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and sections of Fairmount Park; and WHEREAS, Upon his inauguration, Harris will continue his over four decades of service to the North Philadelphia community and Philadelphia at large.
