Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Preston Street, between Spring Garden and Haverford, all under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulations are hereby established: Preston Street, between Spring Garden and Haverford, southbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance.
