THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, M&R Holdings PA3, LLC or the owner’s designee (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 1951 East Monmouth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134 One (1) proposed staircase will be located adjacent to the building of 1951 East Monmouth Street and will encroach a distance of approximately three feet seven inches (3’-7”) towards the south, along the north footway of Emerald Street starting from a point approximately thirty seven feet (37’-0”) east of the East Monmouth Street east curbline to a point approximately eighteen feet two inches (18’-2”) farther east leaving a minimum seven feet eleven inches (7’-11”) of clear unobstructed footway. SECTION 2.
