Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of North 50th Street and Wynnefield Avenue, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: NO PARKING ANY TIME TOW AWAY ZONE North 50th Street, from Wynnefield Avenue to its terminus further northwardly therefrom. SECTION 2. All prior street specific parking regulations for the portion of North 50th Street regulated in Section 1 are hereby rescinded.
