Amending Title 16 entitled “Public Property” to add a new chapter to explicitly require the Philadelphia Land Bank to submit an annual report to Council that details the disposition of all land subject to the Land Bank, under certain terms and conditions. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 16 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended as follows: * * * § 16-712. Philadelphia Land Bank Annual Disclosures Report. (1) The Land Bank shall submit an annual report to Council that details the disposition of all Land Bank parcels in the past fiscal year. The report shall include the following: the name of the party or parties who acquired the property. If the property was acquired by someone other than an individual, the report shall include the principal(s) of any entity other than an individual; the purpose of the disposition; the date the application was submitted; the date the Board approved the disposition; the date Council approved the disposition; and the date the land was disposed of (closing date). SECTION 2. Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be effective 30 days following the passage of this ordinance. ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added.
