WHEREAS, During the week of April 5th through 11th, 2025 the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is celebrating “Week of the Young Child”; and WHEREAS, NAEYC is dedicated to improving early learning for children through age 8, a crucial period for growth and development for young children. This organization advocates for the rights and well-being of children, focusing on researching early-education policy and ensuring practices reflect latest evidence; and WHEREAS, NAEYC celebrates “Week of the Young Child” to highlight early learning, children under 8, and their teachers and families.
