THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, MARKO DUNDOVICH and MARLAYNE DUNDOVICH (the “Owners”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows: Encroachment Description: Property: 1532 Snyder Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145 D/B/A CAFE Y CHOCOLATE A sidewalk café located as follows, with a minimum of six feet (6’-0”) of clear passable sidewalk space to remain after installation of each part identified below: A total of three (3) tables and six (6) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the south sidewalk of Snyder Avenue along the curb line and property line of 1532 Snyder Avenue written in two parts: Part 1 Two (2) tables and four (4) seats will be located along the curbline of 1532 Snyder Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately three feet eleven inches (3’-11”) towards the south, along the south footway of Snyder Avenue starting from a point approximately seventy feet (70’-0”) east of the South 16th Street east curb line to a point approximately fifteen feet one inch (15’-1”) farther east leaving a minimum six feet (6’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
